High Precision Multispectral Imagery for Monitoring Crop Health

Phantom 4 Multispectral

View Both the RGB and the NDVI Camera Feeds

Switch between the preliminary Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and live RGB feed at the push of a button to immediately visualise where attention is needed so decisions about the treatment of the crops can be made quickly.

Powerful Multispectral Camera

The camera system on the Phantom 4 Multispectral makes agriculture imagery collection simpler and more efficient than ever before. A built-in stabilised imaging system collects a comprehensive set of data right out of the box with no need for further modifications.

Centimetre Level Accuracy

When used in conjunction with an RTK base station such as the DRTK-2 GNSS Mobile Station and DJI’s TimeSync system, centimetre-level accurate measurements are made on all the images captured by the six cameras. The TimeSync system continually aligns the flight controller, RGB and NB cameras as well as the RTK modue fixing that data to the centre of the CMOS sensor and providing the most accurate metadata for each photo. Distortion parameters are saved into the metadata for each image, enabling post-processing software adjust accordingly for each user.

Integrated Sunlight Sensor

The integrated sunlight sensor on the top of the aircraft captures solar irradiance, maximising accuracy and consistency of data collection through different times of the day. When combined with post-processed data, this information helps to obtain the most accurate NDVI results.
